Preparing for the Toss-Up: A System for Cellular Repair

First of all, I am not a doctor or have any education in this space but the toss-up is that 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with some form of cancer, according to the American Cancer Society. I have come to believe that creating an environment where "bad cells" cannot thrive is essential. Cancer can be seen as a monster that lives off sugar and chronic stress—and that dependency is its greatest weakness.

My primary health strategy is now a three-pillar "Bio-Reboot" performed twice daily - once in the morning & at night for about 10 minutes

Grounding acts as the "hardware" update, equalizing my electrical potential with the Earth. Simultaneously, I listen to the Schumann Frequency (7.83 Hz) to entrain my brainwaves, while 4-7-8 breathing acts as the "chemical" switch to flip my nervous system into the parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) state.

Nightly red light and grounding session

To intensify this, I expose my body to red light nightly to reduce tissue inflammation. Once a month, I perform a thorough 24-hour fast to trigger deep autophagy—a process where the body recycles damaged components. One hour before this monthly fast ends, I drink warm water with lime and salt to detox, followed by a shot of cherry juice for DNA repair. My daily breakfast always includes blueberries and cherry juice to maintain this anti-inflammatory state.

By shifting from a weekly fast to a daily "tuning" of my biological clock and a monthly deep repair, I am building a natural system to recycle bad cells. I’m not a doctor—please do your own research—but I believe we can all benefit from tuning back into the Earth's rhythm.
